Оn 19th October 2021 an official ceremony was held for the opening of the construction site of the largest retail park in Western Bulgaria, located on a plot of over 44 acres. The trade park is located on Yuri Gagarin Blvd., near the center of Pernik.

The project envisages the construction of 3 main buildings with stores on a total of 15,500 square meters of built-up retail space, as well as a fast food restaurant, a coffee shop, a parking lot and a playground. The Investor Pernik Plaza Retail Ltd. has already concluded lease agreements for over 90% of the retail space. The opening of the park will be in the summer of 2022.

MCK JSC is the main contractor of the project.
