MCK Begins the Expansion of HOLIDAY PARK Shumen
On November 5, 2025, an official start of construction in Shumen for the expansion of the HOLIDAY PARK retail complex. The project investor is Videolux Holding and MCK AD is the general contractor for the construction works.
The expansion will complement the existing retail park with new commercial areas and a modernized design, providing an even more comfortable and functional environment for visitors.
The new project begins just one month after the opening of HOLIDAY PARK Krasno Selo in Sofia, for which MCK AD served as the General Contractor.
