MCK begins construction of HOLIDAY PARK Ruse

On November 6, 2025, construction officially commenced in Ruse on the future HOLIDAY PARK. The project’s investor is Videolux Holding, and MCK AD is the general contractor for the construction works.

The upcoming retail park will span over 11,000 sq.m and will feature more than 20 stores and dining establishments from leading retail chains such as BILLA, Decathlon, Pepco, Ciela, Subra, and others.

The new project launches just one day after the official opening of the construction site for HOLIDAY PARK Shumen.
