GENERAL INFORMATION
MSK JSC has several floors with rooms / suites to rent out, located in Kazichene district, near the ring road of Sofia. In the immediate vicinity, there is a bus stop which operates municipality lines №14 and №8, as well as private line №35. Private parking in front of the building is provided for the clients. We offer free Wi-Fi access in the common areas of the building.
Accommodation is divided into 2, 3 and 4 bedded rooms, as well as 6, 7 and 8 bedded suites, with a total capacity of 111 beds. The rooms have a private bathroom, equipped with a refrigerator, TV, table and chairs, wardrobe / closet. Room cleaning is daily from Monday to Friday, change of linen – once a week.
Type of accommodation – bed in a room. Check-in from 12:00 to 16:30, check-out until 10:00. Payments to be made and invoice issuance from 08:30 to 15:00 from Monday to Friday.
PRICE LIST
Rooms with 2,3 and 4 beds:
Price for 1 night per person / bed – 15,60 BGN VAT included;
Price for 1 night per person / bed – 15,60 BGN VAT included;
Apartments with 6, 7 and 8 beds:
Price per 1 night per person / bed – 12,60 BGN VAT included;
Price per 1 night per person / bed – 12,60 BGN VAT included;
For single use of the entire rooms / suites, all beds are charged.
INTERNAL ORDER
It is prohibited:
- Raising noise after 22:00 and disturbing public order.
When leaving rooms:
- All electrical appliances must be switched off: TV; radiator; refrigerator.
- Rooms are transmitted locked.
- The room keys must be handed over to the maids.
