The XOPark Sofia project was awarded Winner in the “Retail Parks” category during the official ceremony of the National “Building of the Year 2025” competition.

XO Park Sofia is a modern retail park in Sofia, strategically located near the Ring Road and the Hemus Motorway. It offers a wide range of retail stores, services, and dining options in a convenient and easily accessible location for visitors. With its new expansion completed in 2025, the park has become the largest retail park in the Balkans.

For MCK AD, as the main contractor, this distinction is yet another confirmation of the strength of the successful partnership between investors, designers, and construction teams, as well as of the high standards and dedicated work demonstrated throughout the project.
