MCK AD has been awarded the prestigious title “Builder of the Year 2025” in the Commercial Buildings category, in recognition of the largest volume of commercial space commissioned during the year – a total of 35,366 sq m GFA. The award was presented at the official ceremony of the M² Annual Construction Awards, organized by the National Register for New Construction and Renovations. The ranking is based on completed square meters of developed built-up area for 2025, providing an objective assessment of the activity and performance of the construction and investment sector. MCK AD has been honored in 2025 for the successful realization of two key commercial projects:

• XO Park – Sofia, Phase 1
• Holiday Park Krasno Selo, including a Technopolis store

Both of projects stand out for their modern architectural vision, optimal functionality, and proven high quality of execution.
